General policy
Because eSIM profiles are issued digitally by wholesale partners, refunds are generally not available once a profile has been allocated or issued.
Before allocation
- If payment succeeds but provisioning fails before an eSIM profile is issued, contact support with your order ID for review.
- Duplicate charges or clear technical failures on our side will be investigated promptly.
